Notice of Annual General Meeting
Members are advised the Annual General Meeting of
The Darwin Sailing Club Inc. will be held:
Time: 7.30 PM
When: Tuesday 23rd February 2010
Where: In the Clubhouse - Members Lounge
The business of the meeting will include the following:
Presentation of Reports
Presentation of Audited Financial Reports for 2009 year
Election of Management Committee members:
Vice Commodore (2 years)
Rear Commodore House (2 years)
Secretary (2 years)
Publicity Officer (2 years)
Three committee positions (2 x 2 years, 1 x 1 year)
Election of members to Committees
Motions put forward by members
Any other general business
Information for members:
Nominations have to be received by the Secretary at least 14 days prior to the meeting. Nomination Forms are available on web-site and at the Office.
Notices of motions must be received by the Secretary at least 28 days before the meeting.
Information on the duties and responsibility statements for all Management Committee positions up for election are inside this issue.
